Gather your simple ingredients that you most likely have on hand
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup rolled oats (any brand)
Add the 1/2 cup natural peanut butter.
Mix together with a spatula.
Now add 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil.
Add in the 1 Tbsp of Honey.
Sprinkle in a pinch/dash of Cinnamon.
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Prepare your container to place the balls into. I like to use a piece of parchment paper & an air tight container.
Roll each ball and set into your container. Enjoy now or refrigerate for fast snack when in the go!
Makes ~1 dozen balls. 1 Ball per serving = 43 calories per serving.
