Take red meat and mince it.

Add some gram flour accordingly

Add an egg or two according to the meat, so that the gram flour binds with the meat

Meanwhile sautée few finely chopped shallots and garlic until the raw smell goes off

Add the sautéed shallots and garlic to the minced meat

Mix them all along with finely chopped coriander and mint leaves

Finally don't forget to add some salt :)

Fry them up or grill them according to your convenience :).

I had Barbecue sauce :), and it went we'll wit the kebab :)
